Engine starts easily, runs for about 10-15 seconds, coughs and dies. Have rebuilt carburetors, installed new fuel pump and filter. Running the motor under load on the river it runs flawlessly at all speeds. Carburetor set to mfg specs and fine tuned to achieve targeted idle speed and smooth operation, when it is idling (before firing).
