Yamaha 250 2003 lz250txrb

I have installed a new water pump and it’s not moving any water. I have taken it apart to make sure I installed everything properly and I checked the thermostats and they are working and opening. Nothing coming out of the pee tube. I used ear muffs with a garden hose. I’m stumped at this time.

Try taking the engine cover off and trace the small hose from where it pees out the side back to where it comes out of the side water jacket then make sure the hose is clear and then stick a wire or heavy monofilament up thru the holes to see if there clear. If not that the impeller has been put in wrong.
