wiring problem 19' Stingray w/ 4.3Gl Volvo Penta I/O Unit

Tilt indicator does not work, hour meter decreases rapidly with ignition switch on. When ignition is turned on the normal Warning beep beep does not sound. Where should I look for grounding loss or whatever?
