The engine wont start. When priming the fuel system the bulb gets firm and a little fuel leaks from the connector. If I spray some starting fluid into the carburetor the engine runs briefly. I checked the fuel connector ball checks and they move freely.
I just bought the boat/motor and the previous owner said it had been a couple of years since it ran last. I drained and refilled the fuel tank with fresh gasoline and 2 cycle oil as recommended for new season operation. The motor looks practically brand new. It is very clean.
The last boat registration decal shows 2018.
