I have a Suzuki DT40 that the tilt will not stay up on. It would not go up or down when I bought it. I put a new manual valve on it and now it will go up and down but not stay up. I think someone has messed with the set screws internally. I do not know the correct adjustment for these settings. It’s like three small flat head adjustments with lockdown nuts. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’m currently at home and not at the camp or I could send a picture of those adjustments. One has a spring with seat, one has spring with small pointed tip like a needle valve. The other I’m not sure. I can post pictures when I get home.
