Just had engine serviced and IAC valve replaced due to earlier problems. The engine cranks great when cold. I run it 30 minutes or so and stop to fish for 15 minutes. The motor is very hard to crank. I had to give it some gas and then pull back to neutral. It finally cranked but idled low and rough for a few seconds before returning to normal. I just spent a lot of money to get this thing running. Any Ideas about what is happening now. It seems to crank most times, but sometimes gets in mode where fires immediately but won't crank/run.
