Suzuki DF5 2010

Changed the water pump impeller and gasket etc. put back together and started engine which ran in idle with no issues. Revved the engine from idle and the coolant stopped peeing out. Took apart re checked everything put back together and same thing happened? In idle constant flow of water, turn tiller and it then stops peeing and just pushing air out?

Any ideas. It was running fine before I changed the impeller etc!
