I just had my lower unit replaced but now I’m noticing an issue where the engine at low throttle , you can hear it occasionally lose power or not purr consistently for a moment. Then when get up to higher rpm every minute or so you can hear and feel the engine shift to lower rpm as ignorance it’s not getting gas or it’s going down in gear, but I’m not touching the throttle. It also doesn’t consistently get up and stay up to full throttle. Any suggestions?
