Mercury '95 2-stroke 90hp

I bought a used '96 Nitro bass boat. The motor wouldn't even turn over. After finding that the solenoid was bad & replacing it, now it turns over nice. However, there is no spark.

While replacing the solenoid I found 2 loose wires. The blue/white & the red/white go together into one connector.

In the second photo, the light-brown/blue wire was taped off when opened the engine cover. It comes from the upper left/rear of the motor.
