mercury 90 H.P. 2001 ELPTO

I cannot trim my motor up past 5 miles per hour. At idle boat will trim up and down fine. Motor stays up over night. Also if i trim up in water and take off, motor falls back down to low trim

is it difficult to replace the seals in the hydraulic piston unit? any special tools needed?

I dont see any fluid externally, changed fluid and bled system still the motor drops when i take off.

sounds like weak seals.the fluid is bypassing seals
