It has a high and rough idle that can't be adjusted lower without the engine stalling. The idle is too high to put it in gear. When I thread in the idle needle, it stalls. The idle speed screw does nothing except increase the idle.
So far: Compression checked on both cylinders and is reading 120psi. Fuel lines replaced, fuel replaced with ethanol free gas, Carb rebuilt, fuel pump rebuilt, new fuel filter, new plugs, new stator, new rev limiter, new voltage regulator, all ground contacts cleaned.
