Mercury 25hp 4 stroke 2016 tiller

25hp 4 stroke sat for 2 years with gas in it, It will not start. It is a 2016 tiller model with efi. I drained the tank and added fresh fuel, i drained the fuel bowl. It still will not start. Any idea's?

Check the plugs, also change oil as 2 years sitting it requires renewal
