I lost 4 magnets on flywheel which messed up the Stator as well. I found the magnets and had the flywheel sandblasted to bare clean metel and had a marine shop here in Hollywood Fl. glue the replacements on, also replaced the damaged stator. We reinstalled the flywheel and the motor fires right up and runs solid. When I put it in the water and ran it at about 3/4 throttle it starts breaking up badly, I back off the throttle to 3/4 and it runs fine, was holding 24.9 MPH with no issues but as soon as I push past 3/4 it breaks up again. I have replaced the inline filter on the engine and the water separator filter as well as the line from the filter housing to the ball and from the ball to the engine connector.
Pulled all plugs one at a time and checked the spark one at a time, all strong.
