Mercruiser 4.3 XL Alpha One stern drive will not raise

Hey everyone, I have a 1997 Maxum 1900 SR with a Mercruiser 4.3 XL Alpha One I/O. Lately, my trailering button and my up button on my remote control is not raising my stern drive. The last thing I tried today was putting the stern drive in the full down position (down works fine) and checking the trim pump fluid level. I got the stern drive all way down (had to jack up the trailer a bit to keep it from hitting the street) and the fluid level is all the way full. I need to get the stern drive back up so I can take it in for service. Is there a way to manually raise the stern drive on this model I/O? I appreciate any help.
