Mariner 2 Stroke 90 hp

Please see pic of water oil mixture coming out of lower unit. Cannot tell yet, but almost feels like threaded screw hole. We just had boat out on water trolling. No problem, spit water the whole time and ran great. Pull boat out of water and noticed what you see in picture when we trim motor. Please help with any advice why this has occurred?
