Honda outboard 2014 150HPa

I purchased boat with motor used 3 times, stored away for winter, it has sat for 3 years in storage. Do I need to do oil change if the engine has not been run?

Its a good idea as oil can absorb moisture, oxidize and so on, also run new fuel through the system
