Motor runs to 5500rpm...then 15 minutes later drops to around 4000 rpm, won't throttle back up...all carbs: ultrasonic cleaned ;new jet sets;float needles;floats at 0.6 inches:new gas tank w/ vent open ;new plugs;new fuel hose with primer bulb ; new Honda fuel pump;prop not spun and no fishing line debris..thermostat checked in hot water..engine tattle tale peeing nicely.;running engine sprayed with ether..was careful, no rpm change...help..running out of options..thank you
