I recently bought an inflatable Dinghy with Honda 30HP outboard on it. It wasnt running well. It would start, but when applying throttle, it would turn off. Took it to local honda service and they found water in the oil. Long story short, they took the engine apart, but could not identify any cracks or areas of water intrusion. They replaces all the gaskets and did Full service. Cost nearly $2200. Made the emgine "like New". I received the boat and it ran great for 1 week. Then problem started up again. I just checked the dip stick and again, milky oil. Spoke with the service team, and he says, "Maybe we try replacing cylinder head". Not really instilling much confidence as he doesnt know truely what the problem stems from. Any ideas out there??
