I have a bf 135a, motor has 140 hours on it, when I am out drift fishing, and shut the motor down, after about 30 minutes when I go to restart I need to pump the ball. When I am anchored up in calm water, say for an hour or three, she starts right up with out pumping ball.
Also curious on proper cold starting procedure, presently I am pumping ball 12 times approx, firm ball, throttle the gas up twice, go to neutral and motor starts right up.
This boat is new to me this year, thus far I have put 40 hours on the motor.
Thank you for any information
