Evinrude Ficht ram 90 2000

When starting, the starter motor spins but the engine doesn’t. The gear in the starter motor is in good condition as is the gear in which it engages.
The crank shaft turns.

The starter bendix on a lay shaft had become seized. Once freezes, the engine turned over with no problems.

Hi,
there maybe two coils, one to energies the starter motor, one to engage the starter gears to the engine, check it out. Second one not working?
