boat wont start

boat hasn't been started for some time. batteries are charged up, everything works but will not try to start. why???????

I have an 89 i/o omc 3.0 motor.it ran fine last year and now it wont start..I've replaced the coil,points,plugs,wires,50amp ingition fuse,fuel pump.theirs plenty of fuel to the carb and spark and still WILL NOT START why??

Go to the auto parts and buy a spray can of Quick start and give it a spot of that ,then try to start it. If that doesn't do it pull a plug wire and stink a screw driver in the end and hold it about 1/4"from the motor and have someone turn the motor over while you check for spark.If no spark check to make sure you have juice to the distributor.then go from their . GOOD LUCK.
