1995 pro line 240 walk around cuddy has a hard time getting on plane and will not get on plane in rough seas.also bilge pump release ports sit under the water.im trying to find out if anyone has had water in hull issues weighing down the rear end of boat,it is powered by a 2005 yamaha 250 2 stroke
