Acceleration

Boat starts well when first started. Take half hour ride shut it down to have breakfast when restart cannot get the rpm's over 1800 or it stalls out. Anyone have any suggestions

My Evinrude 115 HP will do same thing cannot figure it out

I had a similar problem and it turned out to be a loose connection to the battery. Upon sitting the boat would rock and the connection was made, that is why the boat would start after sitting or so I was told. Try removing connections one at a time clean both the male and female parts of each connection and see what happens.
