My 97 four winns Volvo penta 3.0 runs good, and I have a brand new battery and brand new alternator. My problem is that when I trim (up or down) the accesories power down, but then power back up when I stop trimming. Also the alternator sqeals loudly when I trim and the volts lower to around 10 or 11. Any ideas??? I should mention I can't get the rpms higher than 3500 under load. I read I should get 4600.
