i just bought the boat i dont have water coming out the exhualt when i hook up water to my alpha lower unit but it comes out up top? how do i fix this. and when i got it the water was completly drained it has a coolaint tank on it but it didnt have a thermastat in the housing and it was running hot, and does it need one or is it like a car and can run with out one?
