After fishing for a while my 78 Johnson my 70 hp starts readily but won't go to high speed, almost chokes out but finally picks up good speed, if I stop then it will do the same. when I first start the day it seems fine. Is something over heating or is some other problem with the timing? Always had to warm-up but getting much worse
