Follow-up on my Merc 60 HP EFI 2006:

Replaced all spark plugs, fuel filters, checked fuel pump (will replace later but looked fine). Same issue, anywhere between 10 minutes and 35 minutes running boat wont rev high, after that runs perfectly.
Next: Electronics. Does anyone know if there is a plug in available like OBDII (used on cars) that is purchasable by the average consumer for a reasonable price?
