I rigged up my mercury so that it could stay on my tender. It is mounted so that it is laying down just like it should be transported. At first some excess oil came out (over filled) and know it will not start. I di manage to get it fired up just a couple of time for only a few seconds. It revved high and then died both times. Nothing else since. Could the carb have gotten plugged up with the oil leaking out? It cam out the air intake when it was leaking out the excess. Thanks for any insight - it's driving me crazy!
