2015 DF25a

2015 DF25a

I just installed a 2015 DF25a that is brand new, out of the box. There is an adequate CCA battery that is connected, which is also new. When I turn the key on the Remote box, there is not even so much as a click. I have done the following:

Controls:
Yes, it is Neutral
The harness connections between controls and engine are secure
The safety lanyard is connected to the control box

Engine:
There is power where the positive wire from the battery connects to the motor.
The main fuses are good ( not blown)

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Of course, Suzuki will not allow me to speak with Tech support as I am “just the customer” . Thank you!
