2005 Yamaha 70 tlr 2 stroke

Always ran well. 300 hours. Put it in the water, started fine but under load, no power maybe 2400 rpm’s. Took it out, ordered 3 carb rebuild kits, rebuilt and cleaned. Me motor fuel filter new separator, new plugs, new fuel, new fuel line from tank to engine. Started first time, purrs like a kitten, full rpm’s with the ears. Nothing under load. Please help.
