2004 Bass Tracker Pro Crappie 175

I have 2004 60hp merc 3 cyLinder. 3 carbs. The 2 cycle oil reservoir is mounted to front rite of engine. Now my problem. Got it out early spring an put the hose an muffs on to let that old get gas to work in it threw. Everytime i turn my ignition to just on constant safety horn alarm under the dash . Did it the whole time I drove it an had plenty of water coming out a still horn going off whole time unless I just turn the key to left little it goes off. Plenty of oil
Had horn tested at bass pro an they say nothin wrong with it. Can I test ignition switch with a light tester or how to test the oil pump?

Started having a little problem 2 weeks ago, boat alarm went off 1 time and had a little power lose about 30 mph, not sudden. Just noticed it slowing down, no sputter or nothing. Took it twice since then no issues. Well it done it again today except no alarm, running about 3/4 quarter throttle and noticed the boat acting like it was bogging down, backed off a little. Checked to make sure it was still peeing good water out the hole, all good. Give her the throttel and took off and ran great, something fishy going on. Let me now if you guys have any advice. Just put new plugs in yesterday.
