2003 volvo penta 8.1 gi

I changed power steering pump (blown seal) now my boat cranks but will not start fuel pump cycles with key I did notice when I turn on key it cycles and beeps twice as always but now when I start cranking it beeps again checked fuses and relays on engine clicking appear to be working
