2001 Yamaha 60 2 stroke

It was getting spermatic fire. Sometimes all, sometimes none, sometimes 2 cylinders. I replaced a damaged pulsar coil but now no fire, I’m thinking stator or cdi but I don’t want to just throw parts at it, any suggestions

I have a 1998 90hp yamaha that that had a power loss from the #2 cylinder same way as yours it would be good at times and other times top out at 2000 rpms, turned out to be the cdi. The cdi controls the middle cylinder on yamahas.
