1998 Tracker Fun Deck steering wheel adjustment

Hello All, I recently purchased a 1998 Tracker 21 foot Fun Deck, obviously someone used the steering wheel as an assist to get up from the Captains seat and broke the ratchet up/down adjustment on the steering column. The steering wheel will not lock into any position, any one know how to fix this? Or even a schematic of the steering column would help but I cannot find one anywhere on line. Any help would be appreciated.
