1991 Mercury 115 2 stroke

I'm having an issue with my warning alarm, at first i would get the one beep when the key was turned on letting me know the system was working correctly and within a couple minutes or running I would get a constant alarm. I disconnected the two blue wires leading to the oil senor, alarm still sounding. Secondly I disconnected the temp sensor, alarm still sounding. I thought i had to be the alarm module, which i replaced and now I get no initial beep when the key is turned on, just a straight constant alarm once the key is turned on.

Does anyone have an idea what my issue could be?
