1991 Four Winns 220 Horizon 5.0L (ford) HO horse power rating?

Looking at a 1991 Four Winns Horizon 220. Can't uncover boat because of snow. Owner knows it is a 5.0L (ford) HO OMC Cobra but doesn't know the horse power rating. I'd like to know the horse power and if this boat will be under powered?
