1990 Evinrude 150XP

I recently serviced and replaced the water pump on my motor. Once I put the muffs on it, turned on the water and started it, water is coming from multiple different holes in the lower unit as well as good flow from the pee hole. This is the first I've serviced and replaced the water pump in the few years I've owned the motor. Water didn't come from those hole prior to this service. Also, the water coming from the pee hole doesn't get warm.
