1989 16ft Maxum Bowrider Boat Replacement or seat covering?

My Dad left me our old boat...I can still remember the day my Dad and Mom bought it she was beautiful! Well now it's 2012 and her seat upholstery is crap,I either need new seats or can the old ones be reupholstered?

Also her flooring feels week in some areas can i just replace that? Where do you go for these kind of parts for such an old boat?
