Starting the mariner often there is gas over flowing and dripping out of the cowl into the water. After while it stops and the motor runs fine. Its getting too much gas at first idle and will often kill. I only squeeze the bulb once. If I keep the vent closed on the gas tank it seems to help. After it warms up good there is no problems. What causes the over flow of gas at first start up?
