1983 DT 60 2 stroke

this is a 2 cylinder engine fires up great but intermittent electrical arcing in bottom carb. yes a spark in bottom carb. -have replaced coils and check all grounds , the arcing stops when i pull bottom plug wire

Sounds to me like somethings not properly grounded. Maybe a bad plug or wire and it’s throwing A charge through the engine block. You might check for reverse polarity on your coils. This is definitely one of those crazy problems.
