1981 Honda B100S1300403

I ran the motor about 5 days ago in a 30 gallon barrel. Motor started up with no problems. Took the motor out with my 12' aluminum boat for a couple hours 3 nights ago and started and ran great.
Tried starting it today off the boat and nothing. I tried all afternoon and still didn't start

Hi, drain the carb to see if fuel is provided, unplug the cap from a sparkplug and plug to outside sparkplug to see ignition, check oil, do basics wiring checks around, no start are not complicated, = fuel and ignition that is all
