My 1978 Mariner 115 with the CDI distributor ignition system will sometimes completely quit firing. When it is firing the spark will jump my 1/2" ignition with a strong blue spark. I have felt the control box, distributor and coil when it has quit and nothing is overheating. Cleaned all the connections, checked voltage to the control box, all is good. Any ideas?
