Yamaha F150 2007

No power at full throttle. All filters new including 10 micron water filter. Fuel pressure steady a 36 psi. Jumps up momentarily when you Crack throttle then settles back to 36 psi.

Hi,
what are the rpm's at full throttle? Because if not 5-6000 something maybe cutting it out. When no power comes, at what rpm's? Common is at 4000, yours?
