i Recently bought a 1989 21.5 ft wellcraft cuddy cab. Everything seems to run strong but when we took her out water poured from the shroud of the steering column. it was definatly water from the river (brackish) and not rain water. it was salty and it tested (aquarium test kit) the same as the water in the river. The stereo system crackled for a short time as well before dying. im new to small boats (Prior navy) and before i go tear everything apart to find out why it is doing this, i thought i would ask some experts.
