Trying to find information on an abandoned boat

I was wondering if anyone can help me find out what kind of boat this is that has been abandoned on our property? Apparently it was a renter from 5+ years ago, and he passed away, and his family was notified of the boat, but they weren't interested in it since it's in rough shape. I snapped a picture hoping that someone will have some info on it, and where I can find the serial #? I've looked everywhere and cannot locate it. If more pictures will be helpful, I can take & post more.
