1989 bass tracker with 110hp evinrude. I just replaced the voltage regulator. Now I'm having an issue sometimes it runs and charges fine. Other times the voltage will drop to 12 instead of 14 and when you turn it off there is no power at the starter or tilt/ trim. Check the battery for voltage and it's fully charged. Plug in the maintainer for 1 second and everything is back to normal and working. I have no idea what it could be
