Sometimes the engine starts easy, and sometimes everything has to be just right (throttle, choke). When it starts easy, it'll idle just fine. If it starts hard, I have to babysit the throttle. If it starts easy, it'll usually throttle right up and plane out. If it starts hard, it'll throttle up but only at half the power throughout the throttle. Here's the kicker. The power level can either go to 100% after running it for awhile, or go from running good to about 1/2 power. Engine temperature or wave pounding seem to make no difference. So far, I've only changed and gapped spark plugs, changed fuel hose and bulb, cleaned fuel tanks and pickups, and checked fuel lines and carbs for obstructions. Please help, as I don't want to just throw parts at it.
