The engine will not turn over. It is in neutral and I have power to the stater solenoid. If I take a jump wire to either side of the solenoid I can get it to turn over. I am not sure how to trouble shoot from here. I am guessing it is either the ignition switch, neutral cutoff or the solenoid. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
