I just bought this boat and motor and I cannot figure out how to put the motor down so it hits the trim pin. I have owned several outboards and cannot figure out why this motor will no go down all the way. there is a lever on the front of the motor that I have tried using to no avail. I looked in my service manual and it does not go over this topic. Does anyone have an owners manual that covers this.
