I recently had a fuel problem that was resolved including some water. The injectors were removed and sent for cleaning. Once return and re-installed the engine runs very rough on two cylinders. The wiring has been checked all was fine. The controls were removed and checked with a new set no change. The timing belts check to be sure they are correct. The brains on the motors swapped out and yet the motors still are only running on two cylinders. Both motors have been isolated and still do the same thing ( rough on two cylinders.
The fuel line had been changed to a separate new tank & new fuel no luck.
Motors have been taken offline no change.
Diagnostics show everything like the compression is fine etc.
The motors were running perfectly when they were first started 3 weeks ago before sea trial.
Any ideas or thoughts would be most appreciated
If thermostats are gone will that effect how it runs
Grasping at straws.
